Collab
Drinking good beer with good friends is the best. You laugh, you cry, you play the finger circle game (made you look. PUNCH) When we drink with other brewers we can’t help but come up with ideas and that’s the beauty of collaborations. We get to brew beers alongside our buddies and make something totally unique that everyone can enjoy. It’s given us the chance to brew alongside some of our idols like Doug (f-ing) O’Dell (LINK TO VIDEO?) and New Belgium (LINK TO VIDEO?) and just some of our favorite people like Sun King (LINK TO VIDEO?).
It’s an integral part of any active brewery and one of our favorite things to do. These are always super limited releases so if you see one on the big board make sure you act quick! Like a great conversation it’s over before you know it.
RAD Labs
R and D! This is our drink-u-bator. Our playground. Our sex machine. It’s a 7-barrel pilot system where we can experiment without having to brew a whole 90-barrel batch. And everyone in the brewery gets a crack at making a beer on it. RAD Labs is rolling all year round so there is always something RADically new in the taproom. It leads to some incredible and incredibly-limited beers. So come to the tap room if you want something totally rad that you can’t get anywhere else. And, as a bonus, you get to see how bad our beer puns get.
Killer Strains
Yes mommy, monsters are real. They are mutations, permutations and twice-removed relations made entirely of beer imaginations. They are wine barrel-aged sours and bourbon barrelled Sputnik and tequila barrel behemoths with a dash of lime. They are something to behold. And even better, to drink. For months – even years – these wild things are making magic in oaken darkness. And then the day comes when they meet the world. That’s the day you want to be here.
Aa tiny sea creature of a beer that turned out super punchy with lots of fruit, pine, berries, and classic hazy flavors.

A traditional American wheat beer that drinks, soft and easy. Touch of citrus and lots of malty, wheaty notes makes for an easy drinker.

This classic kKolsch was done in collaboration with Obsidian and the name is an homage to Michael Doggett. Simple, clean, and really easy drinking. Very, very subtle fruity notes with a crisp malt body.

Collaboration beer with Los Verdes, Austin FC supporter group.
In an effort to really be German, we went after another lager for Oktoberfiesta. This one a bit more modern and crisp.

Delicious dry cider with a Rosé flair
We added a boatload of raspberry and a touch of lime to fruit up this sour beer. It’s well, fruity and tart.
Our first ever Barleywine and we went big. This one is a bit of a blend between an American and English barleywine with notes of biscuit, and a touch of Chocolate Wheat to create a nice brown malty base
